Noodles in Faery Butter

From Wisteria's Faery Recipes

• 4 hard-boiled egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons orange flower water (optional)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup sweet butter, softened
• 1 lb. noodles (any kind), cooked
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
• 1 orange, sliced (garnish)

Beat the egg yolks, sugar, butter, thyme, basil, and orange water in a small bowl until smooth. Mix enough of the butter with the hot noodles to coat the noodles with a golden-yellow color. Garnish with orange slices.

Yield: 8 Servings

As I browse thro the selection of books that I had read and loved over the years...I want to rush right thro all of them again! I am focusing on 2 books at the moment: "Wicca: a guide for the solitary practioner" by Scott Cunningham and "House Magic" by Ariana. I am trying to find my way back to my path. I have been blessed with the help of 2 wiccan groups. One for the solitary and one that is based in my area. I hope to learn a great deal from them.
I made this page away from all my other pages  so that it would be strictly for my studies. My other pages are to meet n greet new friends, share jokes, pics of my daughter, etc.  I can't wait to get started putting my thoughts down on this page!!
Funny story....last night I texted my old best friend, who is also wiccan, the message "happy blue moon". She texted me back today saying that it wasnt a blue moon and started to argue with me. I thought this being weird as I have the Wiccan Almanac and a Witches calender based into my google calender page. As I am reading right now...it all depends on where you are in the world as to whether or not it was a blue moon. By changing the time zone of where you are , you either had a blue moon in may or in june. The next one in my time zone (eastern) is July 29th at 20:48. I really dont wish to be upset with my friend as she helped to encourage me along my way to enlightenment. But I do believe all these years spent apart has made her cast a downward eye on me. In other words, she looks down on me. It's as if she doesnt even know me anymore. And now that she has moved closer....I dont forsee us getting together to catch up anytime soon. She has her friends that serve her purpose and I have a family now that I love to stay quite busy with. So I am going to ask for help of my feelings of disappointment in her not knowing me anymore.
I was asked on one of my group pages to write about the path that I am on. I dont know anymore. I used to love to study Angels, runes, gemstones...I always had a fascination with Egypt. And I do know that I am somehow deeply involved in Samhain. I once had a psychic tell me that in a past life I was one of the witches held during the Salem Trials in Salem, MA. I am very drawn to that city even before such knowledge so it is possible. She said I was held in jail but died of old age, not from being stoned or burned.
At one time one had said to me that the reason my mother and i are at such a battle all the time is cuz she used to be my sister in a past life. One of us took the others b/f..... I just can't wrap my head around that.
I can believe very easily that my sister who passed 5 years ago comes and plays with my daughter since her birth. I know she has a great many spirits/ angels around her. I can feel them but also she talks to them alot. Apparently one of them told her to hide her toys in the fish tank stand instead of keeping them in the basket in the livingroom that I had bought just for her. She crawls in the stand and just barely keeps the door open so she can peek out...just playing and babbling to someone. My father who passed in 1989 I dont believe comes around too much at all. I've never really felt him. Altho I see him in some men once in a great great while. Either physically something about them resembles my father or they are doing or saying something that sounds like its coming right from my fathers mouth. My sister on the other hand, will drop things off shelves, etc.

I got distracted by my daughter and other things. I will finish this another time.
